Kivumbi King takes ‘Cyacyana’ to BK Arena in December

Kivumbi King is preparing to bring The Evolution of Cyacyana to BK Arena on 27 December 2026, inviting fans to experience a project he describes as the culmination of nearly a decade of musical growth.

The concert is being organised by Intore Entertainment. Kivumbi announced the event on social media, with tickets scheduled to go on sale on 10 November.

In his announcement, the artist acknowledged supporters who have followed his career from the beginning, those who joined along the way and those yet to discover his music. He described the show as a long-held ambition, marking a significant moment in his artistic journey.

The title, The Evolution of Cyacyana, centres on an identity closely associated with Kivumbi's public persona. The concert's concept points to the development of that identity throughout his career.

Kivumbi has established a presence in Rwanda's contemporary music scene through a blend of hip-hop, melodic sounds and collaborations with artists from across East Africa. His work has helped him build an audience beyond his initial following.

Organisers have yet to announce ticket prices, the full programme or whether other artists will join Kivumbi for the event. Further details are expected ahead of the concert.

The performance is scheduled for the festive season, when Kigali typically hosts a range of music and entertainment events.
