The Ministry of Local Government hereby informs the public that:

Mr. TWAMBAZIMANA Emmanuel, son of Habumugisha and Nyirandegejaho, domiciled at Rukoro Village, Mpenge Cell, Muhoza Sector, Musanze District, Northern Province,

Has applied for authorization to change his name from TWAMBAZIMANA Emmanuel to EMMY Mugisha in the register of birth records.

Reason for change: The current name is undesired.
